Therefore, the User must read this Legal Notice each time they access the Website, as it, and the terms of use contained in this Legal Notice, may be subject to modifications. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of the present legal conditions, the courts or tribunals that, if applicable, will hear the matter, will be those provided for by the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction, but in the event that the User has their domicile outside of Spain, both parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Manresa.
